Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, person‑centred care that aligns with clinical standards
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care within scope
  • Support residents’ physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs
  • Update care plans to reflect changing health requirements
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality systems
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Promote dignity, well-being, and a nurturing environment


Key Skills / Qualifications Required

  • Unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Post‑registration nursing experience (Aged Care desirable)
  • Clear communication and strong clinical judgement
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Current Australian driver’s licence

Salary & Bonus Benefits

  • $45.29 – $57.06 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Plus 12% superannuation, penalties, and allowances
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 to increase take‑home pay
  • Sign‑on and retention bonuses up to $29,500 over 24 months
